How To Be Healthy

Healthy is a way you choose it to be but you must work really hard to get there. First of all, you must eat a lot of fruits and veggies because it contains a lot of vitamins your body needs to work its immune system. The vitamins can help you fight colds and many viruses and can help you look great and feel great. You know that feeling when you eat something unhealthy like french fries you get bloated because it gives your body the wrong supplements that can make you groggy and can even make you gain a lot of weight if you keep eating them. 

Don't cut completely off of those monsters just once in a while. When eating out once in a while I mean that you shouldn't pig out because then you will gain unwanted weight. Just eat little portions of each that you pick and it will add to a healthful choice of portion. In between them when you are eating your regular everyday meal you should eat your regular three meals but smaller than average.

You don't just limit your portions you have to incorporate physical activity into your daily routine. You must do at least an hour of activity a day, remember whatever you do physically adds up. Like jump rope with your kids,signing up for dance class,or maybe be on a bowling team. Just know that you can do anything and you can be healthy if you want to its just that you must commit. When you stick to this you shouldn't turn your back on it. Tell yourself you can and you will make it through it and see that there is hope.
